There are two ways to go about this. One is to pay an agreed-upon amount for a set menu from the truck. When they arrive, your guests can order one item and a drink. The second way is to make it a “cash truck” experience. This is where every guest pays for themselves. The second is more affordable to the married couple and lets guests have anything from the menu in whatever quantity they choose.
If you choose option two for your food truck, be sure to let guests know ahead of time to bring cash. Or, be sure there’s an ATM on-site at your venue. Alternatively, some food trucks do have debit and credit transaction machines and can take payment at the window.

Give in to your inner child and let your guests do the same by adding some good old-fashioned childhood fun to your reception. Bounce houses, mechanical bulls, and everything that goes along with it will keep your guests entertained and make yours the wedding everyone will talk about for years to come.
